Asbestos

AAT conducts building inspections for asbestos containing materials, PLM and PCM sample collection analysis,  contractor oversight of asbestos containing material remediation projects, write asbestos containing materials abatement plans, and post abatement clearance sampling in accordance with exsisting EPA, state, or local governance requirements or reccomendations. 

Lead-Based Paint

AAT employs two Niton XLp 300 XRF devices for the completion of HUD level lead-based paint inspections in multi family, single family and industrial buildings.  AAT can also perform risk assessments, contractor oversight of lead-containing paint  abatement, post remediation clearance sampling, and lead in water testing in accordance with exsisting EPA, state, or local governance requirements or reccomendations.

 Mold 

 AAT conducts initial investigations to determine areas of water intrusion and visible mold growth.  Design mold remediation plans in order to address areas of identified water intrusion or identified mold growth.  Conduct post remediation air sampling in accordance with existing AIHA, ACGIH, EPA and local requirements or recommendations.

 Indoor Air Quality

Inspect and sample for indoor air contaminants relative to "Sick Building Syndrome' and “Building Related Illnesses". Design remediation projects for the control of indoor air quality problems and bioaerosol contamination with exsisiting national, state, or local requirements or reccomendations.

Training

Conduct training classes for asbestos operations and maintenance awareness level workers for school or commercial properties.
